Plastic Card Attaching and Printing

Tip-on Feeders and Card Attaching systems are becoming more common in mailing and fulfillment, with the increased use of Gift Cards being sent through the mail or simply distributed through retail outlets.  These feeders are also commonly used for Credit Card Attaching, but these credit card  Tip-on systems are combined with intelligence to ensure the correct card is applied to each personalized carrier. In the past, Tip On systems were very expensive, and only a small number of commercial mailers and printers actually owned this type of equipment.   But the cost has been driven down with innovative card feeders such as the Straight Shooter SA-5 and SA-12 Attaching Feeders.
